These are heavy duty brackets designed to last longer than the speakers you will be mounting on them. These are exactly like the expensive speaker brackets you would buy in your local retail store at a much higher price. These mounts will fit most of the common satellite speakers on the market that are equipped with common screw holes found on your speakers. Included with the speaker mounts is the hardware and tool to configure your mount. These also come with an extension arm to make these closer or further away from the wall or ceiling.

The Main Gate Piers of "Dalswraith" Queen Anne Mansion - Studley Park, Kew
The Main Gate Piers of "Dalswraith" Queen Anne Mansion - Studley Park, Kew
“Dalswraith” is a magnificent mansion amid beautiful grounds at 99 Studley Park Road in Studley Park, in the exclusive inner Melbourne suburb of Kew. Built in 1906 by Melbourne architect Henry Hardie Kemp (1859 -1946) for the Glasgow born draper and importer William Gibson (1842 – 1918) and his large family, “Dalswraith” was built in the prevailing style of the time, Queen Anne, which is also known as Federation style (named so after Australian Federation in 1901). The mansion is one of the finest examples of the Old English influence on a domestic style. Grand in its proportions, the sprawling house is built of red brick with feature brick nogging on the first floor gables. The front facade is dominated by an arcaded freestone loggia and balcony. To either side are two sets of impressive bay windows, the upper panes of which contain latticed leadlight. The large gables and outcropping upper floor bay windows are supported by ornamental Art Nouveau influenced timber brackets, and terracotta tiles featuring swans with arching necks divide the walls between the upper and lower floors. Impressive Art Nouveau stained glass windows can be found around the entrance and in some of the principal rooms of the mansion. “Dalswraith” also features distinctive chimneys and the classic Queen Anne high pitched gable roofs with decorative bargeboards. When William Gibson died in 1918, he was survived by five sons and four daughters. His estate in Australia including the family home of “Dalswraith” was valued for probate at over ?1,850,000.00. The Gibson family maintained ownership of “Dalswraith” until 1949 when it was sold to the Jesuits and was renamed Campion College. The building is now used as a residence for spiritual retreats. Henry Hardie Kemp designed many other fine homes around Melbourne, particularly in Kew, including his own home “Held Lawn” (1913). He also designed the APA Building in Elizabeth Street in 1889 (demolished in 1980) and the Melbourne Assembly Hall on Collins Street between 1914 and 1915.

View 1. Hand sculpted polymer clay bird, rose, ladybug and bee. I used molds for some of the little flowers, the acorns, pine cones and leaves. I added extra veining and texturing before hand shaping.
