Spaghetti Squash - Being Shredded

My first time to try spaghetti squash. Someone at work brought some in, so the price was right (free!) and I decided to try it. I had to look up how to cook it (Thank goodness for ol' faithful, Better Homes & Gardens cookbook!) but it's easy! Just bake for about half an hour, then I let it cool so I could handle it, and shred with a fork. Just like the book said. It just shreds so easily and comes away really looking about like angel hair pasta!

Nadya's spaghetti squash

This salad is a leftover from yesterday's dinner with friends. Spaghetti squash and fish were the main course. I baked them in separate dishes and also served them separately on the plate, not like in this salad version. The squash is with capers, garlic, salt, pepper and olive oil; the fish with garlic, rosemary, lemon, salt, pepper and olive oil.
