Motor Toyota Corporation is the greater manufacturing car company of the world. Their resources are practically limitless and it uses them, if it is necessary, to avoid any responsibility relative to the defects of manufacture and failures or problems in Toyota's car and vehicles.

For that reason TOYOTA in their relation with the customers disregards and ignores the legitimate claims of which they have bought a Toyota car that works bad or has defects. We are many those have paid with money without defects believing to buy quality and found that our vehicle does not work correctly or has factory defects and Toyota does not do anything in spite of our individual claims on the matter.

We are many the victims. It is time to stop these abuses.

We have decided to create this ASSOCIATION OF AFFECTED BY TOYOTA

1. To vindicate our personal dignity as customer, opposed to the lack of respect that Toyota has shown towards us.

2. To defend our consuming rights together.

3. To undertake the necessary actions to defend our rights. This includes all form of pressure towards Toyota (mass media concentrations, denunciations, intervention – presses, radio, television, Internet, forums… -), as well as pertinent legal actions at every moment.

4. To warn to possible buyers of vehicles commercialized by Toyota and the official dealersToyota about the negative experience they are going to suffer if buying one of these vehicles.

5. Advertise and to give publicity to all the cases of failures, defects of manufacture, defective repairs, frauds, deceits, negligence of the official technical services, as well as negligence in the Department Of Customer Relations Toyota.

6. To advise to the clients of Toyota and the official dealersToyota with respect to its rights, the form to protest and to defend themselves as opposed to the abuses of Toyota.

In order to support this association it is not necessary to be owner of a Toyota vehicle. Simply you must agree with the particular customers affected by TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION.
