Sushi philosophy
EXPLORED on September 4, 2008 I just thought of a reason why I like making sushi. To me making sushi appears to be all about perfection. My sushi is far from being perfect. Every time I make sushi, I try to make it better. I haven't made it in a while, probably because of the same reason. It's nice to be trying again and to know that in the end it's not about perfection, but about the effort you put into it.
Sushi Yasuda
One could easily walk by Sushi Yasuda on 43rd street without noticing it. There is no marker outside nor sign that advertizes the restaurants name.. There is only the restaurant's signature Japanese print of a fish on the eave above the door.
