Major Job Description- Act as one main negotiator on behalf of the company to negotiate with Brazil and LA leading telecom operators;
- Work with management team to determine negotiation strategies to achieve competitive solutions for projects;
- Specialized as a senior commercial consultant to support strategic projects from bidding phase to the final contract signing;
- Assist to improve the quality of bidding proposal replies and contracts to promote the company’s business development in Brazil and LA Market;
- Provide “front line” analysis and advices on bids and contract terms and conditions;
- Develop and improve specific contract templates, contracting processes etc. for Brazil and LA market.
- Work as a senior commercial manager report to the senior decision-making committee of Brazil and LA division directly;
- Other responsibilities and key result areas as required or assigned.
Requirements- Plenty of commercial knowledge and negotiation experience on bidding and contract issues, including local contract laws, taxes, logistics, and finance;
- Certain knowledge on telecommunication products and services;
- Good communication skills and be a team-worker, like to coordinate with the internal project team to achieve the organization targets;
- Good personal relationship with Brazil or LA leading telecom operators or companies is preferable;
Education and Experience Requirements: - Equivalent of Bachelor’s degree or above, major in business, Telecom or MBA;
- Good English;
- A minimum of 5 years experience with responsibility for contract negotiation and management in a leading telecommunication company;
