Microwave Technical Support Engineer

Main Responsibilities: 

• Support the Microwave PDH/SDH implementation; 
• Coordinate the third part company on site; 
• Assist project managers technically during the implementation; 
• Give on site training for the third part companies; 
• Be the quality supervisor of the microwave hardware and software installation. 

Qualification and Requirements: 

• Degree or above in Telecommunication, Electronic or equivalent engineering area; 
• At least 2 years experience in PDH/SDH radios implementation; 
• High Level knowledge in building microwave links from 7Ghz to 23Ghz; 
• Good knowledge in PDH and SDH Hierarchy; 
• Good understanding of mobile network integration; 
• Able to ready and understand path-loss report; 
• Able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment; 
• Ability to meet and understand customers and customer needs; 
• Willing to travel with short noticed; 
• Ability to cooperate and work with people from different cultures; 
• Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills; 
• Fluent oral and written English, Portuguese. spanish will be appreciate; 
• Experienced or certificated in climbing towers will be appreciate.
