 Fixed Access Marketing Senior Manager - SP

1. To understand key customers’ (TLATAM /TeleSp), short mind and long term (3~5 years) requirements of fixed access network (MSAN/DSLAM/ FTTx) service and operation clearly. Good at customer relation establishment. Establishing requirement collecting channel is the key job for Fixed Access Marketing Senior Manager.
2. Enlarge the market space that Technical sales can attend. Find new market opportunity (short term and long term) and guide technical sales to get this market opportunity.
3. To understand fixed access solutions to the key customers
4. To be a consultant for fixed access network solutions. Familiar with the industry trend and fixed access technology.

Requirements:

1. Master or above degree, Telecommunication or related major is preferred.
Minimum 5 years experience in telecommunication industry. MBA is a plus.
2. Strong customer relationship management skills and experience with fixed operator’s relationship.
3. Strong communication & presentation skills.
4. Good knowledge of fixed network and service and operation.
5. Understand telecommunication industry trends and new technologies
6. Experience of leading a marketing team to get success.
7. Experience of developing network and commercial solution.
8. Familiar with transport solution and datacom solutions is a plus.
