TelSign is seeking for professionals with the following skills:
- Ericsson platform knowledge is preferable;
- Good interpersonal skills to develop a good relationship with Vendor and to support the operator;
- UMTS design and code plan experience;
- UMTS Drive test post processing and analysis to identify weak coverage, high interference, high DCR, HO fails, missing neighbours, low data throughput;
- Ability to supply with RF soft parameters changes suggestions and implement them via OSS interface to improve the system performance;
- Desirable Portuguese or Spanish spoken.
