- Ter trabalhado na Nortel ou Motorola
Main Responsibilities: - Support sales, technical sales and marketing in bidding and communication with High level customers on RNP (Radio Network Planning) and RNO (Radio Network Optimization) issues, and Provide RNP solutions for LA wireless Presale project.
- Assist and manage in RNP consultancy or outsourcing services for Presale;
- Leader of RNP team for important GSM/WCDMA or CDMA/WiMax Presale Project in LA;
- High Level Customer Communications and Requirement grasp to increase customer satisfaction and confidence.
Qualification and Requirements: - M.Sc. degree or above in Telecommunication, Electronic or equivalent;
- At least 5 years of RF planning/optimizati on and engineering experience, and must be familiar with the fundamentals of GSM/WCDMA or CDMA/WiMax systems;
- At least 2 years experience of Presale RNP&RNO support in GSM/WCDMA or CDMA/WiMax systems;
- Able to work well in a fast-paced changing environment;
- Ability to meet and understand customers and customer needs;
- Willing to travel with short noticed;
- Ability to cooperate and work with people from different cultures;
- Excellent team spirit with good communications and interpersonal skills;
- Fluent oral and written English, Portuguese and Spanish.
