The requirements are like these:

1.Good English.
2.Good working attitude and can make business travel.
3.Good Knowledge of telecommunication( ISUP ,3G, protocol) ,especially knows following equipment well: MSC sever,MGW,STP(PTS),SGSN, GGSN ,NGN,HLR. and have the network design and implementation ability.
4.It's better that he has worked in telecommnuication company ,and has worked in or been responsible for the big project in technical before.
