The Utah Beta Chapter at the University of Utah has been
dedicated to serving the premedical students and community since
1951. AED Members can check their current membership points and
progress towards earning their honor cords for graduation. All AED
Members are required to earn 15 points each semester (Fall and Spring)
to maintain their active membership status. Elected Officers must
earn 20 points each semester and attend all Member Meetings to maintain
their Officer position. Alumni members are proudly displayed on this
website along with their accomplishments, awards, contributions, and
efforts they have provided to the success of the group. We encourage
premedical students to follow the legacy set by the Utah Beta Chapter
in serving others in the community and obtaining the type of academic
and career success that active membership can provide. We encourage medical schools to explore our website. The membership points are routinely updated. The points and categories of the different sections of this site serve as a scale of member activity.
