Brief History of the Club

Einstein Dance Club was founded by Sarah Murray and Joerg Schlatterer in May 2006. The purpose of the club is to offer the Albert Einstein community the opportunity to learn the various types of ballroom, popular and Latin dances. Monthly ballroom dance workshops and weekly practice sessions helped to establish a school funded student club in spring 2007. A new club boost came with the start of the fall semester 2007. Experienced Argentine Tango, Ballroom and Swing dancers joined and are participating in the club organization. As result we are proud to have a team of Einstein Dance Club board members.
