Each day students have the chance to get a ticket for any of the things listed above. Students can all be a STAR, each and every day! I will hand out tickets to students who are working quietly, staying on task, being responsible, respecting others, and acting in ways they know are appropriate. In my room there will be a box in which students will place these tickets with their names. At the end of each week there will be one ticket drawn and that student will be the STAR student for the next week.
Each month all the tickets will be placed in a box and three will be drawn. The students whose tickets are drawn will get to choose one of the following rewards.
- Lunch in the classroom
- Lunch with a friend
- Sit at the teacher’s desk
- Choose your seat for a day
- Mystery bag of goodies (candy, pencils, erasers, etc.)
