This website is maintained by the RCC Retention Committee. Reporting to the Vice President for Instruction and Support Services, this comittee is responsible for the monitoring of retention rates in all curriculum programs and the development of strategies to improve student retention within the College, and developing and maintaining a comprehensive Academic Advising Program to promote student success.
