All students! Pay close attention!

If you register and pay (or financial aid or another entity is paying for you), a seat is being held for you. It is your responsibility to have your schedule deleted prior to the first day of classes (January 9) --which means that you will need to take care of this, in person, by January 6 to avoid financial penalty. Failing to do so could mean that you are personally responsible for all tuition and fees! This applies to all students! Payment period closes December 9 for early registration. Payment is due immediately after you register for late registration (January 4) students.

Classes cannot be dropped over the phone. If you drop any classes through WebAdvisor prior to the first day of class, be careful to review "My Schedule" closely to see that your transaction was successful. Print the results and save for your records.

Interested in Phi Theta Kappa Application? Criteria are as follows:

Enrollment in 2-year program of study

Completion of 12 or more hours at RCC

GPA of 3.5 or higher (for courses in required curriculum)

The call for applicants is issued every spring semester. See attachment below.

Grades No Longer Mailed

Beginning with the Fall 2009 semester, grades will no longer be mailed to students at the end of the term. Final grades that have been submitted by faculty members and uploaded by the Records Office will be immediately visible in WebAdvisor. If you have forgotten your WebAdvisor username and password, you can reach WebAdvisor through your Campus Cruiser log in. Be sure to click on the WebAdvisor tab, then see "My Grades" in the left menu.
