recycled pink/gray vinyl wallet

the exterior of this very fun wallet is a layering of clear vinyl over pink/gray saratoga upholstery linen, which is backed by the same seating material used for the interior sleeve. this is all outlined with black bias tape and sewn with pink thread. i embellished the front of the wallet by spraying black fabric paint over a heart. the interior sleeve is maharam seating material that feels like soft suede and charcoal in color. one pocket is a pale blue and the other has my cat maxx peeking out from it. these materials are very beautiful and sturdy. you will also find a place for money bills, credit cards, and id card. the wallet is kept closed with velcro. size when open: 8.5" x 4

Sticker-bag

I have a friend, who I've not seen in years - and she may have changed style, who knows, and I did not know what kind of bag to make her - so I made her a tote from the thought 'one always needs those'. Really simple one - and decorated with all kinds of things, I could find.... Paris, Rome, retro Pepsi-commercials, an iconic Danish Socialdemocratic election poster, a Belgian stamp and Einstein - and Rheingold Beer and the Tibetan Football League. Made from vinyl covered linen (vinyl side in) - appliqued with fabric, t-shirt-transfer-images and embroidered patches.
