So right now i'm supposed to be packing because i get on a plane in a few hours to head West Coast-ward for Christmas. Things i will NOT be putting into my suitcase: mittens, scarves, and other snow/slush/frigid weather-related apparel. Hooray! On the other hand, traveling is totally stressful for me. I get all agitated and panicky for no reason. Plus, i feel like this is the antithesis of a vacation--i have a lot of people to see, and stuff to do, and i think for ordinary people that's not a problem, but i am so horribly anti-social that it actually gets pretty excruciating for me. But here's the kicker: my lappy-top is just short of non-functional, and my mum's house doesn't have a computer, so i am going to be basically interweb deprived for two weeks. This means no flickr. No uploading all the awesome Christmas bokeh shots i'm gonna be taking. No stalking the streams of all my faves. Things i will be missing: selectively-coloured socks from Karen; rants and raves from Jordy; shadowy things from Jenna; low key shots from Nicole; pinkness from Lisa; pugness from Dawn; absolutely everything from Becca and Brigid, and so on, etc. I think it might actually be a good thing for me to take a little break. It's normal and healthy to interact with really truly living breathing people. At least, that's what i hear. I'll miss you guys. Happy Holidays. Made Explore!
