- COURTESY  - Be nice. Be considerate. Be courteous. Be Happy. Smile!
 
- SAFETY  - Ride Safe. No reckless moves.
 
- GOOD CITIZENSHIP - Please Don't Litter !  Put your trash in your jersey pocket and dispose of them properly in trash baskets during breaks!

- All levels of riders are WELCOME.  We all start together, re-group at predetermined points.
 
Before the ride, we chat. 

DURING the ride, there's camaraderie among competitors.

AFTER the ride, lunch is FUN! More Tsismis.  Full of joking and teasing. "Who got dropped. Who got stronger. Who got fatter. Who's the prettiest. Who's the ugliest."
