Fully remodeled 2 bedroom/1 bath apartment, with new furnishings and new appliances. The Adobe Apartment is located in an historic adobe complex (2nd floor), on the Tomebamba River. This balcony Apartment overlooks an interior court yard garden. Both bedrooms overlook the River. Electric lock Security Gate.
Located across from a new walking bridge over the river, to stairs to Calle (St.) Larga and Old Town, with shops, museums, language schools and restaurants. Just a few minutes' walk to the central square.
The complex is located at 5-151 Doce de Abril at Av. Solano. Close to Mother's Park.
Large living room, bath with large shower (no tub) , washer/dryer.
One bedroom has queen bed, the other bedroom has 2 twin beds. Writing desks and large closets in both bedrooms. A Programmable safe in both bedrooms. Linens and towels included.
Refinished hardwood floors and all new furniture.
Fully functional kitchen with all new appliances, including stove with oven, refridgerator with top freezer, microwave. New small appliances include coffee maker, toaster, blender and electric water kettle. New hair dryer and new iron/ironing board also included.
Cable TV, Internet access (WIFI)
Sorry, no pets. No sub-leasing. Smoking outside on balcony only.

Rates: MONTHLY: Two Month Minimum @ $750 per month.
SHORT-TERM: Ten (10) Day Minimum @ $55 per night. From the 11th night through the 30th night, the rate drops to $35 per night.
Maximum occupancy: 4 persons.
$25 Key Deposit: A $25 charge per set to Security Deposit if lost. 2 sets of keys given to guest/s
$150 Security/Damage Deposit (refundable).
$25 Exit Cleaning Charge (non-refundable).
Activated Cell Phone Provided. ($70 charge to Security Deposit if lost).
Guest pays for the minutes/phone cards.
We will arrange for one complimentary transport from Cuenca's airport to The Adobe with an English speaking taxi driver. Guest pays for return trip.
Payment for your reservation is made through our PayPal account with the same name as our email address: RichnNancy@gmail.com . If you don't have a PayPal account, it is easy to set one up with a visit to PayPal.com.
Refundable deposits are returned to your Paypal account within ten (10) days of your departure. No cash.
No confirmed reservation until all monies due are paid in full.
Please refer to the Rental Agreement (under 'documents') for cancellation and deposit details.
