The critical infrastructure response tool is an adaptation of the disciplined approach to emergency response which focuses specifically on the protection of critical infrastructure during response to an emergency incident. The response tool was developed by MacKay Emergency Management Consulting Inc. for the Canadian Standards Association as part of CSA's Municipal Infrastructure Solutions Program. Training on use of the tool will be included in CSA's Emergency Management and Business Continuity for Municipalities (Critical Infrastructure) training program which will be offered in the near future. The tool was tested on May 11th. during a pilot of the above mentioned course and received positive reviews form the course attendees. The tool may be downloaded from the attachments section below.
