Kendra is originally from Dumont, IA. She attended Iowa State University and earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Business Managment. After many years of living and connecting to the Ames Community, both personally and professionally, she considers Ames home. Before entering into Real Estate, Kendra worked as a Human Resource Specialist in a local bank for 3 1/2 years. Always being interested in Real Estate and most recently purchasing her first investment property, getting her Real Estate license seemed to the right fit. Building relationships is Kendra's goal to establishing herself as a Realtor. Communication plays a key role in Kendra's success, allowing her to fully deliver what her clients are looking for. She can meet your needs with an enthusiastic, energetic and dedicated approach by assisting you with a postive and successful home buying or selling experience. She also keeps up-to-date with the latest Real Estate technology and with the ever-so changing market trends, financing and negotiating techniques, allowing you the ultimate Real Estate experience. In her spare time, Kendra enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being active in the community, attending ISU athletic events, entertaining, and doing home improvement projects.
