Welcome to ActivizeNS!  ActivizeNS once stood for Activize Nutrition Services. Now that I have closed my nutrition consulting business to focus on completing my PhD, I have decided to keep my site up and running so that I can continue to share nutrition information and recipes! Thus, I officially rename the site Activize Nutrition Superhero (ActivizeNS). I realize that this name is a bit corny, that activize is not an actual word, and that most do not see nutrition as a superhero but if there is one thing in the wold that comes close to giving you the power to be a superhero (whatever your definition of superhero may be) it is nutrition!
