Cheesy Shredded Beef Sandwiches ! Cheesy Shredded Beef Sandwiches.. These are called Italian Beef sandwiches over on Tonya's blog 4littlefergusons.. In my area Italian Beef always has fennel and green peppers( and like that ) :) But her recipe sounded so delicious and between that and the photo she posted it sucked me right in :)) So I have changed the name to Cheesy shredded Beef sandwiches since that's more of what they are like to us( no she won't mind) she even gave me a few different name ideas ! But call them what you like,we love them!! Oh and they are so super simple and makes your house smell wonderful :) · 4 cups Beef Broth · 1-? teaspoon Salt · 1-? teaspoon Black Pepper · 1-? teaspoon Oregano · 1-? teaspoon Basil · 1-? teaspoon Onion Salt · 1-? teaspoon Parsley · 1-? teaspoon Garlic Powder · 1 whole Bay Leaf · 2 envelopes Italian Salad Dressing Mix (1 Ounce Packets) · 3 pounds Chuck Roast · 8 whole Wheat Hoagie Buns, 1 Side Buttered · 8 pieces Of Sliced Provolone Cheese Preparation Instructions Combine broth with salt, ground black pepper, oregano, basil, onion salt, parsley, garlic powder, bay leaf, and salad dressing mix in a saucepan. Stir well, and bring to a boil. Trim fat and place roast in slow cooker, and pour salad dressing mixture over the meat. Cover, and cook on Low for 10 to 12 hours or on High for 4 to 5 hours. If cooking on low, at the 8 hour mark, remove bay leaf and use two forks to shred the meat, and then leave lid off for the rest of the cooking time (if cooking on high, do this with about 1/2 hour left); this allows the juice to soak into the meat. Serve shredded meat on toasted hoagie rolls. On a cookie sheet, put your desired amount of meat on the roll bottom, top with provolone cheese. Butter top piece of bread and lay butter side up in the same pan. Broil everything for just a minute to melt the cheese and toast the top bun. Assemble sandwich and….enjoy!!! Corned Beef Brisket
w potatoes (desiree & krestel), roasted capsicum, & gravy made of shiraz & beef stock. I'm ashame of my disability to stick to the recipe today... hopefully the author of the recipe is not going to be mad w me. This is inspired by my friend Ray's recipe, it makes me want to cook beef brisket. Since I was out of the house most of the day, I've cooked the beef brisket in slow cooker for 10 hours, together w bay leaves, onion, garlic, thyme, oregano, potatoes, carrots, celery, s+p. Those ingredients are for giving flavours to the beef brisket. I pan-fried the potatoes w butter, rosemary & garlic. 16 April 2011 Similar posts: no cook tomato sauce recipe for chewy chocolate chip cookies oven cooked roast how to cook a rib of beef cook turkey roasting pan clay pot cookery how to make cookie dough from scratch cook rice microwave |
