Access Select enjoy the opportunity to engage with visitors and demonstrate how our HR solution, SelectHR, can help their business. It was also interesting to hear later on in the day, from a fellow exhibitor and client of Access Select, WPA, award winning providers of private medical insurance and NHS top up policies. Berkeley Harris, Director of Franchise at WPA, commented, "We've recently returned to this event having previously exhibited when the show was at Harrogate and feeling extremely optimistic about the people we're engaging with and the potential outcomes. "As users of the SelectHR solution ourselves, we have had excellent feedback from our managers. They're now able to manage performance appraisals online and the software has streamlined our processes including holiday approvals and return to work. This is topical, as it has further enabled our HR department to demonstrate the value they are able to add.
