Flower Quest: Summer Roa wants some nice yellow flowers. In the Sangre Plains you can find a group yellow freesias to give 'er.

Farmhand Quest: There's a lazy farmhand near wandering around, you need to give him his rusty shovel in the Corten's farm. Er..not quite sure happens after you give 'em this as someone inconveniently killed him as I was doing the quest.

Sicky Quest: There's an old sick guy and his wife on yet another farm..apparently his wife wants to give him a bear to comfort him and I don't know where to find that. Also, after spamming greets to the guy, he says that he needs an elixir from Seasone to live..dun, dun, dun.

Trader Quest: In the Horseshoe Inn there's a desert trader who wants to meet with the Lord Karella to discuss trading matters. If you go to the guard outside the stone keep he says he'll let you in, just say 'Yes'. Thing is..no matter how much I say 'Yes' I can't enter the keep. It's either a bug or my own stupidity..

Nightshade Quest: Get the nightshade from the marshland, give it to Season and she'll give you a jar, but say something about it being unfinished. Then go to the plains and find the sick man... Give a small blue jar to Windle McAslter and it will say "A smile forms across the face of the old man and he seems to breathe easier. "

But I'm not sure if that's all to the quest... *shrug*

Ophidian Quest: Go to the inn, and go to the room with the chest and kill the merchant. He drops a key. Use it to unlock the chest. Take the paper from the chest. Give it to the gate guard outside the stone keep. Go visit Karrella in the tower, and he asks you to bring him the head of Skr'tal. Go kill the ophidian chieftan in the Great Rock and give karrella the corpse. Pays 350 gold and some exp.
