The Bureaucracy Quest: First find the Pyramid (a task in itself) it appears in one of seven places in the desert. Go to the tier of bureaucracy. Find Todd, greet Todd until he gives you a key. Go to Sally,  greet Sally until she gives you a form. Go and give the form to Marvin. Take the form from Marvin and give it to Eric. Take the form from Eric and give it to Grant. Take the form  from Grant and give it to Charles. Take the License from Charles and give it to Helen. Take the form from Helen and give it to Kurt. Take the License from Kurt and give it to Matilda. Take the form from Matilda and give it to Pansy. Take the License from Pansy and give it to Maude. go to the two locked doors near the top of the tier of Bureaucracy and unlock the door to the North, Open it and give the bottle of Champagne to Gertrude.  Go out and unlock and enter the room to the east and give the sedatives to Martin. Go up to the very top of the Tier of bureaucracy and unlock and enter the room to the north. Give the certificate of Bureaucratic Achievement to Greyface. You will revive a hefty chunk of EXP as well as 200 gold.

(NOTE: There was once a glitch, the bottle of sedatives you receive from Helen before hand, you are supposed to give to Martin in the locked room to the east. But upon giving the champagne to Gertrude, the sedatives will disappear from your inventory. The glitch I think is fixed now.)
