C TRAIN
C TRAIN
Anyone that asks the question, "Who is C Train?" clearly has never been within five miles of Wheaton College's campus. They also should be afraid. Many believe that C Train is the inspiration behind Fox's renowned character, Jack Bauer. Clarence aka "C Train" is a Wheaton legend. Having worked at the college in various capacities after his career in the military, Train is perhaps best known for coaching Wheaton's club hockey team and his protection of the Wheaton football teams' valuables. When it comes to C Train, no one can separate the facts from the mythology with any degree of accuracy. Long believed to be one of the apocalyptic "four horseman" from Revelation (see also Schweps, Stukes, & Al), C Train roams the college campus as a living enigma. All joking aside (and ignoring the rumors that C Train has enjoyed an illustrious entertainment career under the moniker RuPaul), a recent survey conducted by Wheaton's psychology department revealed that C Train is one of the most influential people in the lives of students on Wheaton's campus. As far as I'm concerned, I would agree-- and no trip to Chicago would be complete for me without hanging with the Train.
