Tiffiny Day from Buckhannon-Upshur High School scored the second highest on the WV Junior College’s Examination Scholarship Test. She received a $2,500 tuition Scholarship that will assist in her pursuit of an associate degree in Medical Assisting. She is the daughter of Russell and Deneta Day.
