Arlington Classics Academy has a philosophy of providing a challenging, enriching and rewarding educational experience to every child who attends. As such, we believe that every child should be exposed to a foreign language at an early age. Studies have shown that children who learn a language before puberty have more of a chance to speak without an accent. Spanish is an obvious choice, not only due to our proximity to Hispanic countries, but also as the population of Hispanics has grown exponentially over the last few decades in the United States. The exposure to Spanish in the elementary years will prepare students for the future and equip them with a very valuable and useful language which will enhance their perspectives as globally-minded individuals. This education will not only give them an edge in a competitive society but also prepare them for further education and, ultimately, help create well-rounded contributing members of society.
