vintage 1968 box of fairy soaps with advert
The advert on this 1968 box of 3 fairy soaps is for pinking shears for 3/6 (those were the days ! ) the box contains 3 green cakes of soap with the famous walking baby imprinted in one side and the other side says ;- Fairy is the mildest household soap.

found on ebay. The construction is so cool and they cut like a dream. I have noticed the "teeth" are slightly smaller than modern shears. I may eventually get a new pair too so then I'll have both sizes. Come on, wouldn't you??
