As in any system, there would be good as well as bad users.

There could be a couple of scenario where you might just lose your bought or hard earned credits just like that…

•  “Some one, who is new to GetRef and doesn’t have any ratings at all, tried to join your program. S/he doesn’t complete the offer and forced the credits after 72 hrs” – You lost your credits !! You are SCAMMED !

• “Someone, who has some what ambiguous ratings claimed to have joined your program but never completed the requirements and forced credits after 72 hrs” - You lost your credits !! You are SCAMMED !

Don’t worry! GetRef provides you a “scammer protection” by means of “Ban User” feature.

Note:- You should be a “Gold Member” to be able to use this feature.

•  Click on the “Ban User” button on the GetRef menu.

• You would see a screen as shown below…

• Enter the User Name whom you want to ‘Ban’ and click on the “View” button.
• You would see the details of that user and a “Ban” button. Click on the “Ban” button. GetRef ensures that the “Banned User” would not be able to see\Join your programs any more !

 If you don’t want to take any risk with “New GetRef Users”, (those who has a rating below 5) just click on the “Enforce Minimum” Button. All such users can no more see your programs nor join your programs.

Note:- Same feature can be used to ‘UnBan” a user.
