4th and 5th Grade strings students from Abingdon entertained at All Fairlington Day in May!
Abingdon Students enjoyed a number of great assemblies in the Spring of 2010, including those pictured here: Raging Reptiles (courtesy of the generous financial assistance of Fairlington Dental), WJLA Meteorlogist, and a jazz demonstration (band was accompanied by our very own 4th Grade strings students).
Abingdon students demonstrated the benefits of their arts-based education to visitors from the Kennedy Center and Washington, D.C. metro area schools.
Abingdon Students enjoy learning about science in the garden. They've also produced hundreds of pounds of fresh produced for the Arlington Food Assistance Center (AFAC).
 
About 50 Third, Fourth, and Fifth Graders enjoyed ice cream and BINGO as a reward for making the honor roll in the second quarter. Nice work, Cardinals!
