Hi, my name is Abigail. I am a 16 year old from a small town in Vermont where I attend Twin Valley High School. This picture is a picture I took of my school. In my free time I love to spend time with my friends. When we are together some of the things we enjoy are going out to eat, watching movies, shopping, and dancing to music. This is a picture of two of my best friends and I. Brooke is on the left and Jennifer is on the right. Vermont is a beautiful state that has lots to offer. In the fall when the leaves change colors and fall off the trees, my friends and I rake piles in my yard and jump into them. This is me jumping into the pile of leaves Jennifer and I made. In the winter when there is snow on the ground my friends and I go to Mt.Snow, the local mountain resort. When we go there we snowboard. It is one of my favorite parts of winter. This is a picture of my friend Jennifer and I taking a break on a trail. In the summer and spring I really like to hike and go camping. My father Christopher loves to hike too so we hike together. This is a picture of my father and I hiking the Mohawk Trail. During the summer I go many places. One place I went to this past summer was Governors Institute for the Arts. This is where I spent two weeks taking acting and singing classes. While I was there I met a lot of other students from around Vermont. My friends and I really enjoy dancing to music. When we are together we like to put on music and dance to it. Another thing I really enjoy doing is playing basketball. At my school I am on the varsity basketball team and we practice everyday. We have games about twice a week. I have one sister named Emily who is 19 years old. She attends The University of Vermont but is in the process of transferring to a fashion school in New York City next year. I love and miss her very much and occasionally visit her at school. Every other Christmas my mother's side of the family, from Maryland comes to my house and we celebrate together. This is a picture of my formal living room on Christmas morning. On the left side you can see my mother a little bit and my cousin Edward. We decorate our Christmas tree and my dad likes to make a fire in the fireplace while we open presents. This is a picture of me with my friends, Devin and Katie. This was a day this past summer when we went hiking. Katie has the blond hair and Devin is the one with black sunglasses. This is my friend Clair and me. Clair lives in New York City. This is a picture of my good friend Jennifer and me at the beach last summer. We both love the beach and plan on going again this summer.
