DIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Rinse halibut and dry with paper towel and set aside.
- Place chopped nuts in a shallow bowl. In another bowl, beat together egg and water. Season halibut with salt and pepper, then coat with flour. Dip in egg mixture, then lightly coat with macadamia nuts and place on baking sheet.
- Bake halibut for 10-12 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- For Pineapple Salsa: combine pineapple, onion, red pepper, cilantro, lime juice and salt. Serve with Halibut.
