NOW, THEREFORE, TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, be it known that the said Assignor has sold, assigned and transferred, and by these presents does sell, assign and transfer into the said assignee its successors and assigns, the entire right, title and interest in and to the said trademark together with the goodwill of the business concerned in the subjects for which the said trademark is registered the same to be held and enjoyed by the said Assignee its successors and assigns to the full end of the terms for which the said trademark is granted and to any extension thereof.

Both parties of this Deed of Assignment give authorization to Mr. Abbas Mohajerian and ABBAS MOHAJERIAN LAW OFFICES at 1770 Vali Asr Ave., Tajrish, Tehran 19886, IRAN to record and register this Deed of Assignment in favor of assignee in Iran.
