Aaron McDaid's research in complex networks

Aaron McDaid's research site.

I'm studying towards a PhD in networks, currently looking at community finding algorithms, and related topics. Clique is funded by SFI.
I blogging a little about my research, and other topics, on www.aaronmcdaid.com, but I will host some static pages here.

MOSES is a community finding algorithm I created in Clique, and was published at ASONAM 2010.
I also implemented an algorithm for the Stochastic Block Model which can deal with networks with tens of thousands of nodes.
