First, I'm sure you're a great person, but I can't handle any more people in my friends list.  So, please don't offer friendship (however, see Thirdly below).

Secondly, if you've got a problem, please check the links to the left for support.  Most common problems are here and you'll solve them more quickly than waiting on me.  If you've gone through the support material and still don't have a solution, IM me with "Hi, I'm smarter than the average bear."  You'll get my attention quicker.

Thirdly, if we're in a social situation, dance club, party, etc. and you can actually see me, that's fine.  IM and or say hello.
