Welcome!
The AAISG is an organization of Allergists/Immunologists dedicated to the advancement of our field in the state of Georgia.

Our society meets yearly for scientific and educational presentations by leaders in our field. The 2011 meeting was at Lake Lanier Islands Resort in Buford, GA. Topics included the Betty Wray MD distinguished lecture on Peanut Allergy Immunutherapy by Wesley Burks, MD of Duke University, Bronchial Thermoplasty, Vitamin D and Allergic Disease, Transitioning to Electronic Medical Records, 
as well as an update on Screening for Immunodeficiency in Newborns. The 2009 and 2010 meetings were expanded to include talks on Sunday morning as well. Attendees will receive up to 8 CME credits for their participation in the meeting. Meeting fees are included in the yearly dues.

Dates for the 2012 meeting are May 4-6th
We are excited to announce speakers for the 2012 meeting include:

Distinguished Betty Wray Speaker on Friday night Dr. Harold Nelson.  Other leaders in our field will be presenting including Drs Stanley Szefler and Larry Borish.

Our meeting will once again be at the
Lake Lanier Islands Resort

AAISG members receive a yearly subscription to Allergy and Asthma Proceedings. Dues also help support the local allergy training program at the Medical College of Georgia.
