Houston Investors Association Meeting, April 14, 2012

The monthly meeting of the Houston Investors Association will take place from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm Saturday, April 14, 2012 at University Center on University of Houston Campus, Houston, TX. 

Meeting UPSTAIRS in April

As a heads up, the April 14 meeting of Houston Investors Association will be on the second floor (up the stairs) of the University Center building. Same building, just upstairs. When you arrive at the building, go up the main stairs and look for the HIA signs.

Speaker: Jeff Noblin, Realty Capital Securities.

Jeff Noblin is a Regional Vice President for Realty Capital Securities. He joined Realty Capital Securities in November 2008. Prior to joining RCS, he spent 4 years with Morgan Stanley Dean Witter and 11 years as a real estate wholesaler. He has the FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses. Mr. Noblin received a Bachelor in business from Mississippi State University with a major in Marketing and Minor in Sociology. He received an MBA in Finance from Texas A&M.

Topic: Raising the Bar

Jeff will discuss the advantages of Commercial Real Estate. He will compare it to other types of investments.

MTA Houston Regional Seminar - Oct 6, 2011

On October 6th, 2011, the MTA (Market Technician's Association) will be holding the Houston Regional Seminar at the Hines/JP Morgan Chase Tower! Like previous Regional Seminars, this one day event will feature a collection of top Technical Analysts giving themed presentations throughout the day. The theme for the Houston Regional Seminar will be "Commodities Investment - How Technical Analysis Can Help Manage your Exposure to Energy and other Markets."
