He first became involved with the AAG five years ago when marine parks and the saltwater license were being mooted, and now is heavily involved in critically evaluating claims made by various greens groups, NSWFisheries and other Governmental departments and bodies on issues that affects recreational angling. Mick SpearAAG Committee Working in fishing tackle retail, Mick needs no ntroduction to the dedicated rec fishers on Sydney’s northern beaches. With 40 years experience in rock and beach fishing, Mick is an accomplished all-round angler. He is a sought after speaker at fishing club functions and is a valued contributor to AAG policy. | Vice President: Warwick GibsonAAG Vice President Warwick is the Managing Director of a visual communications company that includes in its client base, a specialisation in the marketing and photography of marine products, big boats and fishing tackle. He is a keen sportsfisher stemming from an earlier background in marine biology. He joined AAG six years ago, concerned about degredation to fish habitat and the lack of consultation with recreational fishers regarding the establishment of marine parks in NSW. |
