Insurance Info:

We are accepting all insurances at this time except workman's compensation cases.  We are accepting new patients.  Primary care referral not required unless otherwise stated by your plan (ie: medicaid patients).


Driving Directions:

If you a familiar with Rapid City, we are located about one mile south (on 5th St.) of the Rapid City Regional Hospital.
 
Our Clinic is in the Rushmore Medical Building which sits almost on the southeast corner (ie: just one lot southeast) of the intersection of 5th St. & E. Minnesota.
 
We are almost directly across the road (ie: E. Minnesota St.) from Ray Dental Clinic.  For those out of town, use the tool below to find us.
