ah yes, my other folly from today...I've been trying to eat all the food I have bought because I feel like I'm wasting it by letting it sit in the freezer, fridge, and cabinet. one of these such foods was a package of tortellini...that may or may not have expired on july 3rd. anyways, I was cooking it while doing dishes and then it was still cooking while I was trying to clean up the mess...I now have a bad stomachache, by the way. we all know I'm not destined to be a housewife and we also all know I don't have a whole lot of common sense sometimes. you see, what had happened was... I put just a LITTLE (because I kind of felt like it was a bad idea) regular dish soap in the dishwasher because I couldn't find the dishwasher soap my roommates bought. normally I wash my dishes by hand to both save water and save our kitchen from the likely disaster that results from me using some form of technology. sadly, my hubris showed itself once more. here are the steps that I took to try and reverse my downfall...
