Training Sessions

  • Personalized lacrosse training for athletes looking to become better lacrosse players, from beginner to experienced. 
  • Each training session is specifically designed for the individual, no two sessions are the same.
  • Every training session is focused on making the athlete ready for the next level of lacrosse.  In collaboration with the athlete, we will establish strengths, areas for improvement and specific goals for each session. 
  • Training covers the full spectrum of lacrosse; offense, defense and team play.
  • All instruction provided by me personally, no hired help and no inexperienced assistants.

 

  • Training is offered in single sessions, four training session package or create your own group training.
  • Each session is an hour and half and located in the Sacramento area.
  • Equipment not included.  Individual will need to arrive to training session with at least a lacrosse stick.

 Training Instructor, Steve McLaughlin 

  • I have 17 years of experience with the game of lacrosse: learning the game in New Jersey before playing collegiately in the state of Virginia.  Since moving to California, I have been instrumental in the development of youth lacrosse in Sacramento, as one of the co-founders of the Sacramento Valley Lacrosse Foundation.  Additionally, I played on and headed the men's club team, and currently coach at the high school level.
  • I find it vital that people find a source of activity that they enjoy that promotes and strengthens a healthy body.  Lacrosse offers musle toning, cardio and physical indurance.
