Cooking Lesson
Learning to use a stove for cooking and baking is a challenge but doable for someone who has become blind later in life. Here, an instructor works with a client to show how simple raised dots and paint for a dial is enough to cue a person to feel where the correct burner temperature is. This stove also has an accessory large timer with raised numbers to help with a cooking steps. Project Two 12/14/08
My second attempt at cooking something. Spinch artichoke dip. It was really good! I like not failing!
