Walks

A simple walk about town and along the sea front to see the the Shell Sculpture, fishermen and lifeboat or along the marshes to the south of the town from Fort Green car park, past the yacht clubs and the most northerly Martello tower. For the more adventurous:

Start either in the small car park on left as you leave Aldeburgh, a few 100 yards past Golf club or in Snape, Priory Rd car park past the Golden Key Pub. (Takes a little over an hour one way for brisk walkers)

Snape Maltings Enjoy walks along the ALDE ESTUARY following the choice of footpaths on both river banks from the Maltings. Join an RSPB Guided walks Thursday at 11 am, lasting approximately 90 minutes.
