Only want a couple of days or  want longer than a week- If it's shown as available, just ask.

No smoking is allowed in the house.

Please do not use our private stocks of food & drinks in the cupboards on the top left in kitchen; if you do please replace.

Please feel free to use the items in the cupboard to the right of the fridge ( and  to leave any washing powder, washing up liquid, condiments for you and future users in that cupboard. (Flour, salt pepper, washing powder etc No perishables please)

For the whole of your stay you will be responsible for the property and will be expected to take all reasonable care of it. The property and all equipment and utensils must be left clean and tidy at the end of your stay and the property left in a good clean condition for the next user. A cleaner is not employed so it’s up to you to keep it clean!  Failure to comply will remove you from our list!

We do have a few of our own linen supplies etc there, if desperate as a last resort! Let us know if used.

We do not have insurance to cover your belongings so please ensure you are covered yourself.

Breakages to be paid for by you. Please inform us of any breakages which cannot be repaired or replaced immediately, i-e. whilst you are there, so that something can be done as quickly as possible in order to avoid inconvenience or disappointment to others. Broken crockery can be replaced with plain white of a similar size. Try MCT at far end of high street opposite the baker- an old style traditional hardware shop with everything!

No bookings passed to a third party.

Be mindful of neighbours, complaints may lead to termination of stay as might lack of care to the property.

Fireplace. NB ash can still be hot in the morning. Always use the fireguard & dispose of ash in flowerbed using metal fire tray

The use of accommodation and amenities, where offered, is entirely at the user's risk, and no responsibility can be accepted for injury, or loss or damage to user's or visitor's belongings.

Payment to be received as agreed and no later than 2 weeks before booking

Terms are deemed agreed at time of booking and sending of information sheet.
