- Bedroom 3 single 3 ft bed single duvet.
- 1 portable child's cot. (no linen, but a terry base cover- yes we last used the cot 15 years ago! It's had a good clean since)
- Duvets and 2 pillows per person provided.
- Please provide your own bed linen, towels, tea towels. NB to keep your costs down we have not organised a linen service. (Optional linen service- Please check re availability & cost)

- Wi-Fi. No Broadband. Various local Restaurants & hotels have wifi and there are BT/Fon hubs in the area. If Broadband access is an absolute necessity ask me for details well in advance!.
