Oral Presentation All registered accepted papers will be schedule for oral presentations. English is the Conference official language, all presentations must be done in English. The Preliminary Programme can be seen here. Please, note the Conference Opening Ceremony starts 9h00 on the 15th February. All technical session rooms are equipped
with a computer running Microsoft Windows with Microsoft Powerpoint and
Adobe Acrobat Reader. Authors are requested not to use their own computers.
Sending your PPT Files Speakers are requested to send their presentations by e-mail to eliane@lnec.pt until 11th February. Please, send zip or rar files, in case your presentation is too large to send by e-mail you can use "yousendit" (www.yousendit.com), you will need to register and follow the instructions to send your file. If you are not able at all to send your PPT file until 11th February, you will need to hand your presentation to the Organization Secretariat upon arrival in Lisbon, up to 18h00 on 14th February. If you are arriving in Lisbon late on the 14th February you will need to send your presentation by e-mail. Please, note the Technical Sessions start early on the 15th February! |
