November, 2010. Final papers must be sent by e-mail (eliane@lnec.pt) and by mail (snail mail) to the Singapore Conference Secretariat, and they must include: a) A disk containing the file of the paper for the word processor. The disk(s) must be labeled accordingly. b) Two paper printouts of the contribution. c) Publishing Agreement (see below).
