*Please Note:
The RESERVATION DUE DATEis August 15 at 1200 AM after which the hotel
will charge their full price. Also, you must tell the reservations desk that you are with the "3rd Battalion
First Infantry, Vietnam Group" to
insure you get the contracted rates. If you are told there are no more
reserved rooms at that rate, please let us
know so that Ken can try and reserve more rooms. We have agreed to
purchase
a certain number of rooms so please let us
know if you will be attending so Ken can keep on top of this contract.
We
are hoping for a record turnout this year so
please contact your old 3/1 buddies and get them to be at the reunion
with you.
Room Rate: The rate this year is
$79 + tax per night per room. (Rates are based on maximum occupancy per room is four (4) people). In case you want
to come early and/or stay late, these rates are available 3 days pre and post.
*PARKING
FEES: Self Parking is $5.00 per day.
*Dinner Meal: Menu to be announced later.
*Registration Fee: $45 this includes the dinner meal for one person.Additional meals are 30 per person.
*Transportation: To be announced

If you will have a spare bed in your room and wish to share it, we have some individuals that would share
the expense.If you'll let us know we'll pair you with those needing a room.
